Order

The order processing will start when it’s confirmed.

The min order quantity for most of the items is 50 units.

The min order quantity can vary for some items.

Minimum order quantity | 25 units

Price

All product prices are quoted ex-works. Shipping will be extra.

Payment

After order confirmation the invoice will be settled in full.

Bank transfer | Paypal | Western Union

Dispatch

Trade order normally takes 2 weeks to ship but can vary as per the quantity of the order and dispatch date is always confirmed after the payment is received.

Insurance

Insurance is optional on trade orders and it depends on the invoice.

Shipping Options

Airmail service of Pakistan post and delivery in 10 working days.

DHL Express, tracking available, delivery in 4 working days.

Air freight, tracking available and delivery times vary.

Sea freight.

Return & Refund

Please let us know any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and refund. You will be accommodated in your best interest otherwise return and refund option is there. In such a case the goods must be returned back in 7 days of receipt. The return costs to be borne by the buyer. The product cost will be refunded after the product is received back. The expenses paid and incurred earlier on your behalf like handling, packing, shipping and insurance charges are not supposed to be refunded.

Damaged or Missing items in Transit

The product damaged/missing item in transit either by carrier or customs will be replaced free of cost. All we need is the picture of the damaged product and the replacement will sent right away.
